Tough times require creative solutions.
Businesses have gone throught a lot since the COVID-19 pandemic requried the world to impose strict quarantine measures. Restuarants were especially hit hard. Pham's Rice Bowl, located in the Midtown Global Market in Minneapolis represented the severity of damage that the shutdown inflicted on the restaurant businesses. The lack of foot-traffic in a once bustling market place full of shoppers and restaurant-goers meant a loss in customers and sales. Something had to be done to reach the lost customers and increase sales.
I teamed up with Pham's Rice Bowl to come up with a strategy to increase customers sales at Midtown Global Market and online.
The first thing we accomplished was created a brand strategy. I collaborated with Pham's Rice Bowl to define the brand mission, vision, and direction. This helped further clarify the ideal client for Pham's Rice Bowl so they can connect to them.
I was able to create deliverables that increased sales and brand online awareness based on the strategy developed as guiding principles.
